Service 03 · Every vendor integrated, one WMS

Every vendor integrated. One WMS. No bespoke codebase for each.

For 3PLs and providers: bespoke integrations for every vendor without a bespoke codebase for each. Agentic solutions absorb the complexity of onboarding, EDI quirks and exception handling so your warehouse management system stays one system.

Where it hurts

The problem we usually find

Every client is a project

Onboarding a new customer means weeks of mapping their order files, their EDI dialect and their exceptions. The integration team is the bottleneck on sales.

Exception handling by email

A shipment fails validation and someone in operations resolves it by hand, every day, for the same reason.

Integrations nobody dares touch

Forty connectors, each written by whoever was around, each slightly different. Changing one breaks another.

What we build

What lands in your operation

01

Agentic onboarding

A new customer’s documents, samples and EDI specs are read and mapped by agents, with a human approving the mapping instead of writing it.

02

Exception resolution that learns

Recurring failures are classified and resolved on rules the agents propose and your team approves. The queue shrinks week by week.

03

One integration layer

Vendors connect to a single, governed layer in front of your WMS. The WMS stays clean and upgradable.

04

Full audit trail

Every automated decision is logged with the reasoning and the data it saw. Operations can see why, and override.

Method

Diagnose. Build. Hand over.

01

Diagnose

We take your last ten onboardings and your exception queue and measure where the hours go. The top two failure types are usually most of the pain.

02

Build

Agents are built against real vendor files from your history and run in shadow, proposing mappings and resolutions that your team accepts or corrects.

03

Hand over

The integration layer runs in your environment. Your team gets the onboarding runbook, the exception board and a direct line for new vendor types.

What it has looked like

Numbers from the floor

Weeks → days

Vendor onboarding time once mappings are agent-proposed and human-approved

118 → 104

Daily truckloads for the same order volume at a logistics provider, from better load and exception handling

One system

Questions

Asked before every engagement

Which WMS platforms do you work with?

Any system with an API or a file interface. We build in front of the WMS, not inside it, so the platform matters less than the integration surface.

Is this safe for EDI?

EDI is exactly where it pays off. The agents handle dialect differences and validation, with every transformation logged and reversible. Nothing is sent without passing your existing validation.

What does agentic mean in practice?

Software that reads the documents a human would read, proposes the action a human would take, and asks when it is unsure. It does not act outside the rules your team has approved.

Do you run it or do we?

You do, after hand over. We stay on retainer for new vendor types and changes, requested through the client portal.
